Brilliant Transaction Manager

Software Droid works with PayPal to deliver you the best and most easy to use transactions system to date. PayPal has many types of transactions including Completed, Refunds, Pending, Denied, Reversed, Canceled, and more. Software Droid will take care of ALL of them.

If a customer's order is denied or canceled for example due to a charge-back, then Software Droid will automatically update their account to make sure they no longer have access to download your software. If a transaction is pending, then Software Droid will let you and your customer know that the order went through and they will be able to download as soon as the transaction is complete.

Software Droid is fully automated, once installed you can just sit back and relax.

Sell more Products

With Software Droid, you get to start selling more products and services that your customers need and will happily pay for. You are able to setup different product types that will perform different actions after a purchase is complete. Here is a list of product types available and descriptions of what they do:

Download Icon

Downloadable File:

This is the product type that you will use to sell your software. You select which file the customer will receive after purchase and then specify the amount of access time for customer support and file updates.
Installations Icons

Installation and Upgrade Service:

Sell installation and upgrade services to customers who don't have the knowledge of installing your software. This is great if you are selling web applications where you can access the customer's server. After purchase is complete, Software Droid will automatically create a support ticket requesting the customer's server information. You can then login and complete the installation or upgrade.

Product Updates Icon

Product Updates Extension:

You can set expiration dates on downloadable files that your customers purchase, for example you can give the customer access to download your software and any updates for a period of six months. After that period is up they can purchase an extension by purchasing 'Product Updates Extension'. This is a great way to have customers pay for software updates.

Support Extension Icon

Customer Support Extension:

Similar to Product Updates Extension, you can set the amount of time a customer has to access your support desk. For example, a customer purchases your software and has access to the support desk for 1 year. Later if they wish to renew their access, they can purchase the 'Customer Support Extension'.
Transfer Service Icon

License Transfer Service:

Some customers will eventually wish to transfer their licenses to a different user account. This may happen if a customer purchased your software for a client and now the client needs access to the software. Software Droid comes with feature built in, sell the 'License Transfer Service' and customers will be able to transfer licenses by themselves. This will make your company more money and save you a lot of time by not needing to do it manually.

Use the page management system to add and update pages at any time. You will be able to completely control your website just by logging into the admin panel from any computer!

Software Droid comes with a full featured support desk system to help you manage customer support. Easily add departments and moderators, transfer tickets, search through tickets, create new tickets...everything you need is built in. Your customers will be able to login to their members page on your website and easily submit new support tickets.

Secure and Manage Files

File Cabinet Software Droid automatically hides your files from direct access by renaming them into long randomized strings. For example, your software file 'software_product.zip' will be renamed to B9857788-9266-4164-8BC7-1866B5E79631.dat. The files folder can also be moved outside of your public/www directory making it impossible for anyone to ever steal your files.

Manage all of your files and keep track of their different versions with the built in file management system. Easily move files into different sections, update existing files to newer versions, select different download types (free to download/pay to download), monitor download counts... it's all here!

Currency Geo Targeting

Not only can Software Droid accept 23 different currencies, but Software Droid also comes with built-in sophisticated Currency Geo-Targeting which allows you to setup different product prices for visitors depending on their location. Software Droid will detect the visitors country and display your product's custom prices in their country's currency.
